If you’re looking for a “yes man” realtor who will tell you all the things you want to hear about how magical your home is and how it will sell at record prices all just to get you to sign the dotted line on a listing agreement, Bobby is not your guy. If you actually want to sell your home, then start dialing. Why? He will be honest and up front with you from your first meeting, which he will come thoroughly prepared to, with carefully researched market data and a kind demeanor. His goal isn’t to slap his name on as many listings as possible and have them sit on the market for months at a time and have endless uncomfortable discussions about price reductions that make you question how you got here in the first place. His goal, and I can’t stress this enough, is to actually SELL your home for its realistic top dollar. And he’s got a comprehensive individualized plan to do it if you’re willing to listen. We were blown away by the video marketing. This also includes getting your home show ready which could require proper staging.
