We are committed and invested in your success from day one, but at the end of the day, this is how we make a living. Properly marketing a home takes hours of work and can range anywhere from $350 to thousands of dollars in upfront costs. The fee reciprocates your commitment to us up to the expiration date of the listing agreement.
